Expected User Conduct

As a member of our community, we expect you to uphold these standards of behavior:

Treat all community members with dignity, regardless of their background, beliefs, or opinions.

Be Authentic

Share genuine acts of kindness and be honest in your interactions with the community.

Be Inclusive

Welcome newcomers and create an environment where everyone feels valued and included.

Specific Conduct Expectations

  • Follow local laws and regulations
  • Protect sensitive personal information
  • Report violations promptly and responsibly
Prohibited Activities

Harmful Content

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Threats, violence, or intimidation
  • Adult content or inappropriate material
  • Graphic violence or disturbing imagery

Fraudulent Behavior

  • Fake acts of kindness or misleading content
  • Identity theft or impersonation
  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes
  • Manipulation of voting or engagement systems

Additional Prohibited Activities

  • Commercial advertising without permission
  • Political campaigning or partisan content
  • Copyright infringement or plagiarism
  • Doxxing or sharing private information
  • Coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Attempts to circumvent platform rules
Moderation Policies

Our moderation team works around the clock to maintain a safe and positive community environment. Here's how our moderation process works:

Proactive Monitoring

We use automated systems and human moderators to review content before and after publication.

Community Reporting

Community members can report violations, which are reviewed within 24 hours by our moderation team.

Fair Process

All moderation decisions can be appealed, and we provide clear explanations for our actions.

Reporting Mechanisms

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our community guidelines, please report it immediately. Your reports help us maintain a safe environment for everyone.

  • Use the "Report" button on any post or comment
  • Contact our moderation team directly

  • Use our anonymous reporting form

What to Include

  • Specific details about the violation
  • Links to the problematic content
  • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
  • Your contact information for follow-up
Consequences for Violations

We take violations of our community guidelines seriously. Consequences are applied fairly and proportionally based on the severity and frequency of violations.

Warning

First-time minor violations receive a formal warning with guidance.

Content Removal

Violating content is removed and user is notified.

Suspension

Temporary account suspension for repeated or serious violations.

Permanent Ban

Permanent removal for severe violations or repeated offenses.

Appeals Process

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you can appeal within 30 days:

  • Submit an appeal through your account dashboard
  • Provide additional context or evidence
  • Appeals are reviewed by a different moderation team member
  • You'll receive a response within 5-7 business days
